FAQ

Got a question? We're here to answer. If you don't see your question here, drop us a line.

How much do i inflate the sup or kayak?

All of our watercraft come with all the components needed to fully assemble or inflate.  Included in the rental will be a set of instructions that will specify the PSI range for that particular craft.  Our pumps come with built-in pressure gauges for convenient and accurate measurement.

What happens if the equipment gets damaged while I'm renting it?

At the time you pick up your equipment we will collect a security deposit.  If any items become damaged or lost during your rental experience, the cost to repair or replace the items will be deducted from the security deposit.  If the equipment is returned in good working order the entire deposit will be returned.

what if I have my own life jackets?

Please note that Utah State Law requires each paddle board or kayak have a PFD on board for every person on/in the craft, on any lake or flatwater river.  For liability reasons, we require PFDs be worn by every person on the vessel at all times while using any piece of rental equipment on any river, creek or moving body of water. You are welcome to use your own life jackets, however, if you do not have enough for each person in your party, you will be required to rent one of ours.
